Jessa is in charge of recruiting new Bad Boys. She interviews the boys and if they pass, she gives them a Bad Boy stamp of approval. It is not easy to be a Bad Boy. You need to have a fun flirty personality, live in one of the destination cities, have a solid routine and willing to learn, plus have a minimum of 2 years experience in the bachelorette party industry space. Jessa makes sure everyone we bring on board to represent is set up for fun.
